North Hills HOA dues are $125.00 per calendar year to provide maintenance of common grounds, roundabouts, sidewalks and water retention areas. When building in the neighborhood was beginning, the developer maintained lots and common areas until purchased by the homeowner. The city requires the Home Owners Association to maintain the common areas not owned by neighborhood property owners.

As of January 1, 2023 NHOA dues are $125.00 annually.

• Statements are printed & mailed by Hocking & Reid Accountants at the beginning of each calendar year.

• A second mid-year statement is sent to all homeowners with an unpaid balance.

• Late fees are added annually on all delinquent accounts unless a repayment plan is agreed upon with our accounting firm and in good standing. 

• Lien fees are added for filing & again for releasing a lien.  A lien may be refiled if the homeowner again allows their account to grow to $100 or more.  Fees for filing & releasing are reapplied.

• if not paid in full by the due date printed the statement and your unpaid balance is greater that $145, a lien will be placed on your property. You will be assessed a $20 late fee, $10 Lien fee to file and $10 to release. Other fees may apply.
