Important friendly reminder regarding HOA Dues. The second statement for 2024 HOA dues will soon be mailed to all homeowners with a balance due. In order to avoid a late fee, your dues must be paid in full prior to that mailing in early September.

If you’re unsure if your account has been paid, please call our accountant, Hocking & Schulenberg, at (402) 441-0140.  You may also use the contact form - select "Dues, statements, payments".  Payment plans can be arranged.

As many of you are aware, the HOA has donated in past years to a local neighbor that owned a fireworks shop and was licensed for top tier Fireworks to provide a fantastic show. Unfortunately they will not be able to provide shows any more. Please let us know if you would like to help finding another potential provider for next year.

Your NHOA statement has been mailed for 2024. You can pay your statement quickly and easily through our Paypal, see Pay Dues for more information.  We will be planning this year's event at our January directors' meeting. Feel free to reach out if you would like to help!
