The North Hills HOA is gathering homeowner requests for public sidewalk repairs in partnership with the City of Lincoln. The HOA will coordinate with a city-sponsored contractor to repair sidewalk segments that meet the city’s reimbursement guidelines.
The HOA is in the process of submitting your request to the city’s inspection list to determine if it qualifies for repair. The city will inspect the sidewalk, mark the segments that need to be replaced. The contractor will then mud-jack the segments that have been marked by the city.
